I participated in the FASHOS.com Sweepstakes - Lucky 69 few days before.I got discount of 200 INR.I purchased a open type cut shoe size 39 Indian which does not fit me because of my leg is border than the size and there was minor damage in product.
Yesterday July received the product and found the size doesn’t suit and there was damage.I called the customer care and informed the same.At beginning he said there is no exchange policy and then later he told he can exchange if I courier the same to their address.If they receive the product without any damage they can replace or credit.If its is other dress material we can try to alter in case of sandals we will not able to alter any thing if there is size doesn’t fit for us.
When they don’t have reverse pick-up why do online business. Worst customer service .Please don’t buy any product in Fashos is non trust-able site to purchase..
