I would like to tell you abt, my experience of shopping @fashos.com.
I have ordered Lee Cooper shoes priced 2385(Checkd the price at local stores n malls as well).
But The same pair I orderd with discount of Rs. 1584.
I ordered this order on 5th feb 2012 and after 10 days I have been informed that fashos dont have this product in stock. It means 10 days these people were not even bother to check that is this product available in stock. How irresponsible. After accepting the order if they came to know that product is out of stock than rather than try to arrange this product from anywhere they proudly called me and tell that thay don’t have this product.
OVreall I did not get my order and experience is worst. I will never recommend this site to order any product.
Second part of the incident took place after I posted on MouthShut_Official.com
Next day I got a call from Ryan. He patiently listen my problem and gave me all possible solutions he has in his bucket but I gave him a suggestion than I can compromise on time but not with the product so if he can arrange a new pair of shoes. He promised me than he will definitely try to figure it out but not committed in terms of delivery of the shoes. But within a week he arrange a it and shipped it . Today I got it. Cheers Ryan. Fashos is so lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Today I can assure that Fashos has a very loyal customtakeouter called’Anurag’ and trust me I am not going anywhere now.
But please make the delivery on time. Just kidding.
