This company makes people fool by changing their policies every day. I have made a return and asked for a refund. They didn’t refund the amount but gave me a Gift Voucher with the exact amount. They assured me that the Gift Voucher can be spent as good as cash but only on Fashos website.
I was agreed thinking that it is like a exchange and as an honest customer I should by something again using the GV (Gift Voucher). But when I tried to make a new order, I came to know that I cannot avail any other discount offers if I have to use the GV. They didn’t tell me this before.
The on-call representative is being so rude while talking and doesn’t understand what you are saying, he just try to explain his fake logic. I tried to talk by email but after conversation of about 2 weeks, they didn’t help me with anything.
This is cheater website and I would never make any business with them.
