After their Rio-Heist Dominic Toretto(Vin Diesel) and other gang members have retired and settled in various parts of the world living a peaceful life. Hobbs(Dwayne Johnson) manages to persuade Dom out of retirement by showing him a recent pic of Letty(Michelle Rodriguez) who was presumed to be dead and now she works for Shaw
Shaw is an high profile criminal who had attacked Russian Military Convoy and has further more plans to steal more military devices and Dom’s gang is the only one who can bring Shaw down.
The Opening Credits of the movie give a flashback of the previous installments and the story here is connected as well to the previous installments
Letty(Michelle Rodriguez) is brought back after being shown dead in the fourth installment and also characters like Braga are brought back.
The locations chosen in the movie are very good especially the in the opening scene where Brian and Dom race on a narrow road.
There is plenty of action in the movie From the Car Chase in the streets of London to the combat scenes and the best one was the Highway chase scene where a Military tank was involved.
Climax of the movie was bang on with a Huge Cargo plane being brought down by cars.
A series that has been built on Fast Cars there was hardly any good script in the previous ones and it remains the same here. The same cars and action may seem repetitive but it has its share of a few unique moments
There is big surprise for action movie fans in the post credits sequence
All I have to say is Just watch and Enjoy and dont think about other factors.
