I booked the convertible Thar from their website and had to pay 400 extra to avail a service of drop and pickup.
The driver who handed over the car was very unprofessional and rude. He arrived 1 hour late and kept me and my friends waiting. There were 2 people who I was coordinating with were very unprofessional. He fled from the spot right away after capturing the video of the car to not to pay parking charges of 250. Also, he did not return the whole deposit and deducted 1000 for no reason. When I tried to log a complaint, he asked me to talk to the company, which I could never reach out to. I dont think fastrental.co really exists, but only the rude group of people we have to deal with. There are many other better options for renting cars in Goa and fastrental.co is really not a trustworthy.
