The reviews and the ratings are apt for this taxi service and before speaking about the turmoil they caused me, I should bang my head for not reading about its lousy service on the internet beforehand.
Now the flaws:
1) The driver was uncouth, was very rude and ill bred.
2) The distance which should have been within 30kms by any route showed to be 42km
3) The customer care is useless, not at all customer friendly and they don’t receive your call immediately after the completion of the ride.
4) They don’t send a ride booking confirmation saying there are technical issues.
5) Last but not the least, they are the most expensive among the taxi services in Bangalore despite being so callous and unprofessional.
