Recently when my father came to Chennai he has done one prepaid fasttrack taxi , booking from the railway station counter, he gave the correct hotel address, paid the money and started.
The driver was not able to find the hotel in mount road, later my father called the hotel guys and helped him to locate it, later when they reached there he was asking more money just because he didn’t know the place.
This was a popular hotel in mount road, when we refused for that, that fellow started abusing in Tamil and came ahead to beat and all......at last we paid him more money, and left him...
Now u decide what they provide and how secure you are with such drivers.....
