Viewers Myself Pramod kumar, today I would like to share my experience regarding Fast Track taxi, it was a horrible taxi experience I have in my life. It was 17th Oct’17 when I booked Taxi for moving from Noida Sec 71 to to Nizamuddin Railway Station. My train time was 4.30 PM & I booked taxi at 1.30 PM due to it takes atleast 2 hrs to reach out. so I assume that if I leave at around 2.00 o clock so I will reach at 3.45 PM easily. But all my plan get vanished due to Taxi cab.
I booked taxi at 1.30 PM showing reaching time 15 mins driver Lokesh, I talk him on phone & he assured sir I am reaching within 10-15 mins. Meanwhile we completed our all balance packaging, & wait him to come. It was 2.00 o clock but he still did not come. I called him but he not replied, 5 mins later he called me back & ask the way. Anyhow he reached at around 2.15 PM. I with My Wife & Daughter waiting for him.
On the way he also start his story, I cannot go upto railway Station due to Delhi Noida Border, it will be charge extra while we have to pay as per meter reading & its becomes an argument. He denied to move further anyhow we agreed to pay Rs 150/- Extra as tax as we compelled to pay this. But the attitude & behaviour he shown was rediculous.
We reached there at Nizamuddin around 4.05 PM. We rushed towards at Platform No 16 in a hurry due to time was less . Our Booking was with S-12 Jhelem Express. Thanks to God we managed to reach out at platform on time. My wife & daughter both get irritated with this Horrible & terrible experience.
But will stay out of Fast track taxi for ever. Never recommend to anyone.
