Horrible unreliable service! If you need a cab for some time critical appointment, don’t ever think of Fast track. They will ditch you and take no responsibility. You will realize it when its too late. Trust me, don’t go with them.
I had made a booking to get to airport from Nungambakkam on 1st May 2013. The driver was supposed to pick me up at 2:30. I dint hear from the driver or Fast track. I called up the driver, he dint pick up the phone. Called up fast track, they made some dummy promises on alternate arrangement in next 5 mins, several times, nothing helped. Worse they put me on hold and cut the line after few mins.
Nightmare experience.
