VICTIM OF FAST TRACK POOR SERVICE

On 29th May, We booked the fast track(Temp Traveler - booking id: 45374 - travel date: 31st May 2014) for out of station trip.


The cab was 1 hour late and again there was a halt for more than 1 hour for driver change. Further as a part of their "good" service the battery was down and all the way we traveled in non AC cab even though we booked AC cab. Things should have moved fine after that at least, but after 100 kms the vehicle got seized due to improper papers/two RC books and two numbers at mid night 2 AM.


We had to make multiple calls to the fast track to arrange another cab. But they did not even bother to arrange alternative / another cab and we stayed almost 5 hrs to get the bus to travel to next city. Finally the cab reached by next day 1:30 PM. But the cab was from some local station so, the cab driver has charged us for up and down.


We didn’t expect this kind of service from Fast track, how can they send a vehicle whose condition is not good and has two numbers / RC books. The mental & physical tension we had during the Police interrogation & reaching the destination to attend the important function is too much. Worst thing was that it took 8 hrs for fasttrack to arrange a Cab and absolutely there was no proper response. Is this a service from the "best" cab service?I’d rather say it was harassing and the wort service ever seen,
