Today I have booked a call taxi from KK Nagar to Mannadi in Chennai to pick at 1.30PM, but the vehicle arrived only at 2.00PM and the driver in phone was not able to recognize any landmarks I was giving. Also the driver once he reached my place he was like shouting at us that we were not able to provide the address properly (reality is he does not know any major places in Chennai city. He doesn’t know even where ashok pillar is located). While moving on to the destination he was making comment that my child is shouting and playing and I should take care that my child does not touch and that would make his dress untidy. How brutal he is please think.
Also he stopped the car before some 2 kms to my destination and was asking us to go by walk, since he cant come inside a narrow street since it is difficult for him to come out of the narrow street soon. Then after a long quarrel with him we made him to drop us at the destination. Totally the service provided by Fast track is dissatisfied and never I will go back to them.
Please pass this to poeple who wish to travel with a peace of mind and with self respect, so that they wont opt for Fast track.
