I would be glad to tell you guys that Fast Track call taxi still holds tightly the position of No 1 ’Worst’ Call taxi across the city Chennai.
Booked a call taxi ( TN -18-M-5510) between Thirumangalam and Egmore, the experience was very pathetic. The moron (so called the Driver) do reached in time but refused to come nearer to the home as he found it difficult to reverse the car where even trucks used to reverse well.
His way of talk was completely unprofessional as if he is talking to his servants- no respect and nothing.
His inauspicious talks like "Send the child to the rear seat as I may brake hard and the child may hit the dashboard to break his nose and skull and I cant take responsibility of such things" made the passenger (Who were about to start for a long journey) disgust to the core.
If he behaves so marvelously with the fellow passengers I wonder what would be his behavior on other drivers on road.These kind of drivers should be kicked off from the service. So does the car taxi company itself. By looking on to the overall ratings of fast track in mouthshut.com I came to a conclusion.
This will be my final business with fast track. I DO NOT recommend fast track anymore to any of my friends.
Shame on you fast track. I recommend mouthshut to include negative ratings as well.
