Why do we book a cab....? I happened to be in Chennai last week for a weeding, when asked they told me that Fast-track is the best taxi in Chennai.... I booked a cab on the first day, they did confirm my booking with an SMS, but when it was time they called me and said all the cabs have been cancelled.
Day 2 - Again the same issue, some technical problem and all the confirmations have been cancelled.....
P:S - They never called back this time, I did and that is what they had to say....
Day 3 - Called at 5 pm to book a cab at 7, To be on a safer side I called them at 6 30 asking if the cabs gonna be here as promised, he said let me check n call u back but never did...... At 7 I call them, he says no cabs.. When I ask him for the reason he says I don’t know.... When asked on what bases are u ranked No 1, he says I don’t know..... The guy on the line was rude and had no regrets for his customer services........
Now would you book a cab from Fast Track, if you had to catch a flight or a train...? Would you.....?
I’ve always preferred these guys, but now its a big "NO"...
