Today I had taken a ride from Sriperambudur to mudichur road. First of all no message till last moment. Next I realize they have sent indigo instead of indica. The driver says he doesn’t know the route. I knew only one of the routes and while on d way saw a shorter route.
I asked the driver but he purposefully said this will be longer and made me travel 32.3 km instead of 21 km. When I tried calling customer care all routes were busy and driver told me I will reduce 1 rs per km for indigo. Then when I saw the tariff later the diff was 2 rs.
