I am so sorry to write a review about this TAXI. I had an interview in Chennai. That place, for me it was not familiar. I didn’t know the routes also. So I booked this TAXI in online and paid the cash.
I had an interview at 9. Am and I booked for 8.30. But their service was so bad. They came to my hotel at 8.50 and reached the destination by 9.45 only.
The driver is not good for driving and he is also new to that place. Two times he mistakenly went through the wrong roads and wasted the time . He is not helpful. Finally I could not attend the interview.
But they charged more money from me for drove more time. That was only their problem. I called them for reach the destination in time. I am not the man to give route to the driver.
I called the customer care and complained but from their side there was no response.
Overall I am not satisfied and won’t recommend others for this service.
