Fastrack came in the market with its watches, kndeed lured many customers with its witty ads and distinctive range of products. We had Swiss, Casio, Titan, etc with their watches in different categories be it Women, Men, Teenage, etc.
Fastrack targeted youth primarily to sell their watches and accessories. It produced watches which were digital, water proof, bluetooth ones. All with a lower price band as compared to other established brands.
Yes because of that, it surely reaped the benefits from its investment. A Lot actually.
Day by day the prices started going up and the brochure incorporated multiple watches of different colours, there had new paradigms and designs.
I got a watch with a bigger dial and square crown to the right. The inner dial had three partitions, for hour minute and seconds separate each. Aesthetically it was a real beauty. It costed around 2800, got it in a deal from amazon.
After 3-4 months it fell from the table and nothing wrong seemed to happen that time. Two three days later I was checking my heart beat and simultaneously had to look on the watch for counting seconds.
There I saw that the seconds pin was not rotating but had some vibration, being at the same position it trembled.
Same happened with my friend who got another watch an after falling from his pockets the pins were not calibrated.
Fastrack may have a great impression on youth coz of its watches as they offer nice products at low costs. But durability is something which comes first.
They seem to lack durability and are needed to be kept with great care and diligence.
