We are from Bangalore and booked a taxi from railway station to our residence at 9 in the morning. The driver reaches the pick up point at 9:45. He is already 45 minutes late. On reaching home, he charged 80 rupees extra for luggage. The same taxi service en-route to railway station two days back dint charge anything extra. The driver misbehaved and came to even hit my father upon questioning.
The taxi service executive sitting at the call center took the driver’s side asking us to pay as per the driver’s demand. Also, she spoke and abused us of cheating them. Very bad service in terms of punctuality and behavior with the customer. I would never ever recommend such pathetic service to anyone.
