Please consider the following feedback to improve your services and brand value:
We have booked a 3day package from Trichy to Velankanni-Tanjore-Karaikudi-Trichy on 29th Jan.
During the booking, and afterwards its confirmed several times, we were informed that per day 200KM @Rs.10/km.
So overall it would be for 600km in total. Its upto us to make use of the available km. We were also informed that if on a given day we travel anything equal to or beyond 250km, then the rate for that day would be @Rs.9/km.
Now after the completion of the trip, we were asked to pay for 750km @Rs.9/km irrespective of the booking confirmations and initial confirmation made by your office.

Service: overall good driving by Ganesh.
Service of the call center: is nothing to be rave about; place some folks who can understand English. Have GPS facility to all the vehicles. We could not track for about 40 minutes, the cab while we were at Karaikudi on 30th night.
When we have informed the call center, we were informed that we would be informed about the status but no one from the call center has ever bothered to call back.
Only when a Police constable who we have approached, called up the call center, did they act and tracked down the cab. Now the driver informs, after 15 missed calls and several sms from our side, that he is sleeping in the cab and cell is in silent mode!!! a lame excuse; given the fact that we have returned to the spot where we have released the cab within 15 mins.
In essence, there is no consistency between the call center executives within the office of Fasttrack-Trichy; leading to utter confusion between the driver, themselves and us on the pricing that is confirmed during the time of booking.
Neither there is any owning up to the goof ups. They continue to discuss amongst themselves than to resolve the issue; while we are tensed up with the prospect of missing a train that is scheduled within next one hr.
