Avoid Fasttrack in Bangalore as well. They will reach you after the train has departed as was in my case. You can hear the call center guys laughing when you express your anguish. Soon I think they will be laughing at themselves.
I think these companies continue to exploit gullible public. Only if they are fined for not keeping up the time will they pull up their socks.
I have similar experience with Meru. But at least they have the decency to have the call center guys reply appropriately and apologize.
No ethics no decency.
