Me and my whole family has been using fastway for a very long time(approx. 6-8 years) and currently I m subscribed to fastway gold pack(cost me around 300 rupees) and it provide approximately 200 channels. The problem is that when I first subscribed for this pack, I was paying 200 rupees and I was getting 250-300 channels about 1.5 year back.
Till then, they have increased the pack’s price twice and also lock MANY good channels which I just Love like HBO, UTV action and many more. Also I have complained many times about govt chanels(Gyandarshan etc) are not working since I subscribe to STB. This is Sick. One more MAJOR Problem is that they promise fixing of lost signals in 6 hrs but I have faced Signal Lost Error for More than 6 DAYS. Can you imagine like A WEEK WITHOUT TV IN 21st CENTURY!
So as a conclusion I would say that FASTWAY IS JUST SHITHOLE NETWORK BUT NO OTHER OPTION IS THERE, SO I CAN OFFICIALLY SAY THAT I AM A FASTWAY’s sufferer.
