Fat Kid Deli is located near Vashi station or opposite Inorbit mall. It is on the first floor of Haware Infotech Park above Atlas Jewellers.
I had seen their signboard many times and looked pretty catchy. So visited them last week with a close friend of mine.
We ordered a chicken sandwich and cheesey dip fries as we wanted to have something light. ( had already seen the size of the burger on the next table). When our food arrived we were shocked to see the quantity, the sandwich was huge with extra fillings of chicken, cheese, mayonnaise etc along with fries as extras in it. My friends fries were also in abundance. Not only was it huge but it was finger licking tasty too. In fact they have kept plastic gloves for customers to use while eating as the experience gets pretty messy.
The restaurant is a small joint run by a father and son duo wherein the son has returned from abroad after learning the tricks of the trade.
All in all a wonderful experience and a must go!
