As you make the biggest mistake of visiting this ancient historical monument, you will weep on your mistake.
The department avails minibus service from a nearby bus stand type spot to the main fort, but the corrupt government bus driver and his superiors intentionally keep playing cards with the localities and divert all tourists for private taxis flourishing there, gov. bus tickets are Rs. 20 or something, and private taxi costs you handsome Rs. 200 per head. This was first example of corruption that the government employees are doing there, very openly.
Secondly, as you reach the spot and buy valid tickets, the locals Gundas will be roaming about, and keep designing newer tricks to extract money, some times as guides who will intentionally create a quarrel with you and local crowd gather and drag you to police walas, rest you all know, police wala knows your helplessness, that you are outsider and in a hurry to go back in a hour or two, opposite to the localities.
Thirdly, the sellers inside they will all of a sudden start behaving in an aggressive manner and same, create a quarrel only to attract a furious local crowd who is pretends to attack you any moment, you are terrified, surrender a big amount of money to them, and leave the place robbed, insulted, sad, ashamed and cursing the people and the place.
I conclude my experience(personal) and insist all future visitors not to schedule any visit there under any circumstance.
