We went to Fava in UB City last week, in a group of five. Initially we were seated in the outdoor area but as other diners were smoking - very surprising as I thought smoking is banned in public areas - we were shown the indoor section, a cavernous and dingy room.
Service was indifferent from the start as though they are doing you a favor instead of the other way around. The food was stodgy and tasteless though portions were generous, what is the point when the food is so poor, who wants to eat in excess?
Prices are very high which is an added insult to injury when the food is also bad. In a word, NEVER AGAIN.
