My favourite stories were and still is the Walt Disney classics like Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Beauty and The Beast.
To this day when on days when I am very tired or just out of sorts, I put on the cd of Beauty and The Beast and just sit and watch it and it somehow reinforces my belief, that behind every terrible thing or any bad experience, there lurks something good and if we can, just for a moment look beyond appearances, we may find the beauty and goodnes of life.
These may seem like just ordinary children’s classics, however, they sure do contain a whole lot more, if we just take a closer look.
That’s the secret of these children’s stories, they are so simple and full of wonder and fun and at the same time filled with wisdom for anyone who takes a closer look and tries to see beyond the written word.
