I have a account in federal bank. The customers service provided by the bank is excellent. A person who want to apply for online banking doesn’t need to go to bank. This can be easily available by the customer through the bank site. The activation of the online banking is within hours. They are providing apps which can be used for transferring money to another account without any amount of charges. They also give points for using the debit card at various shopping. These points can be used in the future to buy, book any movie or bus for tarvelling.


For starting a account it takes less than 30min to complete the procedure and the account will be activated. It takes around 24 hrs for the activation of ATM card. All other features can be enjoyed from the activation of account. The apps used by the bank is very friendly and we can print the statements directly from our account and can send to our email address. Very good customer service can be obtained when visit the bank. For replacement of old card we don’t want go to banks. They will directly to us by post. This all facilities are very good when compared to other banks. It also give interest for the money that we keep in the account for two months. Their customers service centre are 24 hrs and we will get the problem solved fastly. They also give essential messages for the customers when there is a problem in banking in the near future.
