The system is not rit.
Phone banking system: yes bank provides you the phone banking system which works like it was made for 1980 ot 1990s. Officially they request customers to reach out for the app called fedbook. We wil get bank account info through that, however its cannot be used for any transactions. Its just the replacement of pass book.
ATM availablity: its is good but they need whole lot of atm’s to reach out ppl and much more than that they bank needs to look of their teller machines so that it keeps working 24/7. Most of the time its shut.
Internet banking : nothing to say its a big zero from my side as I have my account since 10 yrs. Nothing changed its same
Customer service: thisbis one of good thing they have done. They reapond to evrything but still needs little improvement.
