I have my current salary account in Federal bank, but my our all experience is below satisfaction. Because I have my another account in HDFC bank and there were all services superb. So from their comparison it is more below.
Main reason are not satisfied with this bank is that:
It is not have it’s own credit card ??.
Phone banking is very poor.
Not easy to operate.
There are not much features in thier phone banking.
I think there are need to be very much improvement.
Staff was also not sophisticated as hdfc, I went there for account opening, they said go on window, they even did not ask to seat.
