I have ordered a product and it should have been received by tuesday 10/25/2016. It is 10/27/2016 and still I didnt receive my package. please find the attached proof.
Everytime I call customercare I am told it will be delivered tomorrow. Is there a way to resolve this? I think this is normal in fedex which promises to deliver on time but fails.
Already estimated delivery date is over but till yet shipment not delivered. Very poor customer service. I request you people not to take fedex if you care about your product.
