"Future delivery requested"

I have been chasing fedex for the last 3 days to get my package delivered. The first day they put an exception stating "Incorrect delivery address". I call them up the next day and ensure that they have the complete address. The next day I see a new exception "Future delivery requested". I start calling the customer service tell them I have not requested that the deliver the package at a later date. The customer service tells me they have "ESCALATED" it to their operations and it will be delivered to me today.


The package does not get delivered and no status updates till 10 pm that day. The next day that is today 4th March when I track the status I get a wonderful surprise "Future delivery requested".


Man how far can someone go and keep lying!


I regret I opted for an express delivery from Zoom-in instead of going for a slow delivery by some local courier company.
