I have used FedEx for various purpose. Say exports, imports & domestic.
Exports:
They have excellent connectivity from south of India to the western country. (USA, Europe) You can expect your package to be delivered within 3 working days for sure.
Imports:
The review is totally opposite when it comes to import., FedEx is not capable of handling high value shipments (above USD 1600) and takes crazy time to clear and deliver the shipment on time. Don’t be surprised if you receive your package after 5-7 workings days.
Domestic:
If have an urgent courier and that has be delivered to a metro city then you can reply on FedEx, as they take one working day to deliver the consignment or courier. However, if you to send a courier to tier 2 or 3 cities please dont rely on Fedex as they may take 3-4 working days.
