Bad Experience

I have ordered an item in Amazon and the same I have returned for incorrect size. After that I requested for Refund. Amazon team released cheque and sent it through FedEx Courier to Bangalore. The delivery boy could not find my address and took back the parcel to jayanagar Bangalore FedEx office. After a week I checked the status in FedEx site and found the comment as unable to deliver the item due to incorrect customer address.


The address which I mentioned was correct and the delivery boy not bother to contact the customer to confirm the address. They kept my parcel at their office and they did not contacted me. I checked nearest FedEx office to my home with the help of google and I personally visited there, collected my parcel. We cannot expect call or email from FedEx if our parcel could not deliver. I experienced this 3 to 4 times from FedEx courier, even I raised this issue to customer care team but no use. Other courier people will deliver the parcel on time and they call us if they could not find the address. Bad service from FedEx courier.
