I was expecting a consignment sent from Mumbai, Which I was constantly tracking online. This item was supposed to get delivered by 26th Dec 2017. It did not. So I was expecting the same on 27th Dec. The thing was that I was not going to be present in the delivery address as I was going to travel for a week. So I had to pick this courier on 27th. The delivery person gave me a missed call in the afternoon, To which I tried calling him back atleast 4-5 times in a stretch. He did not receive my call. In the evening when I checked the tracker status, It said - Business was closed so could not deliver.
I raised this issue with the customer care and registered a complaint on the same and asked them to hold the courier till 4th jan 2018. The next day I get a call from a Fedex delivery boy(A different one) asking me to collect the courier. I asked him - Why was not it delivered a day before and I am not present at the address. To my surprise he said - If you want it come and collect it. This is the level of professionalism they possess. Extremely disappointed with the service.
