Never deliver on time! They have very strange excuses as well. Trucks break down in the middle of road. Delivery boys bikes break down so delivery not possible. The latest reason is epic. They cannot deliver the parcel which the tracking shows was in Gurgaon as on Saturday afternoon& shows it as in transit on Sunday evening to New Delhi because the truck carrying it is stuck in traffic jam! Hell they are not even willing to commit on a delivery date. Ridiculous service. Better pay extra& ask the shipper to use a different courier than to get your parcels delivered by FedEx.
