Horrible customer support in India. Don’t care about customer experience and when I asked why a courier from Thailand to India is coming through China they said it is on them to choose the route based on their comfort. Time also is based on their comfort. Horrible experience with these people. Please be careful as these people are not professional guys and India customer service is even more horrible.
