A package that was supposed to arrive at 8 pm yesterday (15/02/2013) is nowhere to be found. Their call centre help (which takes an eternity to catch hold of) says the package has arrived at the local store.
The local store (when someone would pick up the phone) say the package will be delivered Monday. Better still someone at the office says the package hasnt arrived yet.
The website tracking shows the last activity for yesterday at 12:45, it doesnt even give me an expected time.
I have been told thrice now that someone would call me back in 15 min to solve this problem. But nothing seems to be moving along (I made my first call to you yesterday, by then I have made 4 more, excluding 3 to the local office).
For a company that boasts overnight deliveries, they sure made a mess.
