FedEx is a big cheater and irresponsible company. They make fool. They give wrong status updates. They don’t even provide notifications for the status of our shipment via email or phone. Since 6 days parcel was in my town and in spite of my several emails and calls to FedEx they did not took any action or delivered the product to me. At last I told them to cancel my order and refund the amount.
Product is in Ahmedabad only in my area but FedEx did not bother to call me or contact me to arrange the delivery in spite stating wrong tracking status like incorrect address. I live in midst of town and receive many couriers from online shopping webs and these people update wrong details. When I called them they did just took the tracking number and kept my call on-hold and later on disconnected the call without answering me. This type of rude attitude they show to customer even when its their mistake.
FedEx just charge high but don’t give any satisfying or express service to customer as stated on their website.
Guys I request you not to use FedEx. Its better to go for other better services. Even local courier brand as faster and better than FedEx.
