Last week a guy comes with a packet with my name, address and mob num written to deliver. I was not at home so it was returned, saying we will come and collect from the courier office. But after checking with my online transaction the order was not placed by me so I didn’t go to collect it. The courier boy comes again and seeing the name and address accurate I received the packet, just to find after opening that it was not my order at all! When we went to return, the courier service refused to return saying we don’t have it’s order number. There is no order number printed nor the name of the online shopping site. When we asked where will you deposit the money as it was a COD order? He says we will send it by post on the same address!.I mean like who sends money via post these days?.you deposit in a bank ryt?.these guys are cheating on customers.please stay alert.
