I used this service last month to send two dozen mangoes to my sister in law in Hannover, Germany. What a nightmare has this service proved to be...I made my payment around a month back and the mangoes have yet not reached their destination. On top of that, whenever I call the Fedex call center, there is zero response to my queries. The last time I called, the operator responded by saying that my mangoes were stuck due to the ash cloud.
This was only when I called that they realized that the mangoes were stuck. The service is extremely expensive. They charge Rs. 7000 for two dozen mangoes that do not make it to their destination even in a month’s time. I would refrain from using the service next time and beseech you to think twice before you use it too. There are better options like Mangoes N more which offer a value for money option and deliver on time.
