I was supposed to receive my package on Monday, however have not received yet. Customer service reps have no answer when the product will be delivered.
They keep on lying that they called and I did not answer their calls. They say they will deliver on priority and upon asking TAT of priority, their answer is there is no time limit when it will be delivered.
Don’t know with whom to follow up. Will never rely on FedEx ever.
