I ordered a product online and it was shipped through Fedex by the shipper. The airway bill is: 784292464170. The Fedex guys tried to deliver on 12th December 2018 and I was out of office. So, I asked them to do this on 13th December.
They never called/attempted.
So, I called up Fedex on 18th December and told clearly, that please deliver on 18th or 19th Dec. They never tried to even call me.
Now, these brainless idiots, instead of trying to deliver, they just returned the package to sender.
Today is 31st December, and no sign of the package. So, called fedex and they say, its not my responsibility to deliver.
What nonsense! you never called, never informed what is going on . and just like that you return? And the worst of all, you don’t own up that you need to deliver?
