My bad luck shipper choose FedEx over efficient others. local DTDC, DELHI-VERY or GOVT OWNED SPEED POST logistics, which are competent enough and do 3 days swift delivery between NEW DELHI to PUNE even in this COVID times without an excuse!
AWB.NO 3958740xxxxx package arrived “At FedEx destination facility Thursday, 20/08/2020 20:10 PUNE IN”
Since 4 days package sitting in some local FedEx warehouse facility with “Scheduled delivery: Monday 24/08/2020 by 20:00”
Now suddenly it gets “Re- Scheduled delivery: Tuesday 25/08/2020 by 20:00”
Many more reschedule surprises may come from FedEx, who are unable, live up their own standards.,
Everyone has business to take care of and time stand precious for all, if company like FedEx cannot deliver, and are unsure of own scheduled dates then please start requesting consignees to pick-up their packages., at-least doing this will help them live up-to their commitments!
Where Amazon, Wal-Mart flipkart are racing package deliveries swiftly without any wait time., logistic giant FedEx is failing even on rescheduled delivery dates., SAD! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! UNTRUSTWORTHY! SHUT DOWN!
