Along with all of these one star reviews I’ll add one more: Fedex India are completely hopeless. Even the online, overworked, one lone customer service lady is poorly trained. They also promised a call to me which never materialized. Fedex has now kept me waiting for a packet from Japan for four weeks. The amateurish forms on their KYC web address which twice now have not been functioning; they asked me to e-mail the documents instead! Saturday 9th Sept 2023, and today, Sept 18th. Don’t use Fed Ex India!
