I must say I receive and sent many goods from various courier companies and faced good and bads of them. But FedEx is one them that always on time and responsive till now, if I’ll face something bad in near future from them I’ll update the review accordingly.
+ve: They have well trained customer care, Fast service, on time delivery, Best tracking system.
-ve: A bit costly:), BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR is that we all knows. There are no free lunches in this world.
So overall I have a good experience.
My recommendation of couriers based on online tracking system, if you really needs a good tracking system:
1- FedEx
2- Aramex
Second recommendation with some bad tracking but quick delivery:
