I have ordered an item in Ebay.in on 25th September 2014. According to ebay, the same day, shipment information sent to FedEx. They have picked the item on 26th September 2014 the shipment was ready to ship by FedEx. The item reached Mumbai on 28th September 2014 and in the local facility. Today is 7th October and I am still waiting to get my shipment after more than 10 days.
There is no local customer care number, and if you call their number, you will never get a person to speak with.
Many International companies play in Indian market, but the quality of service has a major difference. The problem is, the people handling operations here. If you send a mail to FedEx in the US, you will get a solution immediately and you will never see such situation there.
Track the following number and you can see and laugh yourself. I do not understand what is going on there in FedEx office in Panvel, As per the tracking data I can see there on 6th September at19.58 hrs. its showing that delivery error - incorrect shipping address. I have contacted the seller on ebay and he said that he shipped the item with correct address, then how come the FedEx saying that its incorrect address. Who is responsible for this delay. I called the FedEx panvel office, no one is answering the phone, called customer care number, they giving me different numbers. I keep calling since last 3 days to those different numbers, wasting my money and time. Result is zero. They do not bother to call customer even they having customer contact number in their records. These people sucks. These people giving bad name to such an international organization. I think some one there in FedEx is not doing their job properly or do not want to work. Lazy people. FedUp with FedEx.
