Recently one item of Amazon order shipped through Fedex AWB # 618078093941 on 31/10/2015 which is still not delivered. For last 3 days the item is stuck at Fedex delivery agent’s end without further action. When other couriers like DTDC.
Bluedart deliver within 2-3 days, this courier Fed Ex is still unable to deliver because they have no service in my area and depend delivery on their franchise delivery agency. Still they have accepted the item and now delivery is at mercy of that franchise agent. I tried to contact Fed Ex through email without any response. After writing this review Fedex has delivered the item today(5th November).
