I am your friends and going tell you my view on a delivering company i.e. fedex. Friends if you don’t want lost your products please don’t use it. Some times ago I buy a product online and the site reply that my product will come through fedex but it never come. So without wasting time let talk about it.
Customer service - By change you will lost your goods on fedex you will try to communicate with its customer but when you try you will you will find the reply "all lines are busy this time call later". It has very bad customer service.
Staff Courtesy - If you talk about its courtesy your will found them very lazy and careless because they lost your good or sent it back if you not reply them at time.
As a friends I will suggest use another transporting company.
