I recently bought a product from Femella and the lining of the dress was below average that costed 2, 100 post discount.


Firstly it is overpriced for the product quality they provide and when I wanted to return they didn’t have an option to get a refund to original source.


The first ever brand who does this and when questioned to the customer service they say it’s a policy to get refund as store credits and that too with one year of validity!


Our own money spent and given as store credits with a validity!


What kind of a poor marketing strategy to loot money and no doubt it is 100 crore worth turnover by doing this strategy.


Inspite of asking them several times they talk about upgrading their styles and give them suggestions so we can use those credits!


For that pricing I rather get it done outside.


Worst ever experience and definitely not recommending this brand especially buying directly from their website or app.
