Completely dis satisfied with their bloody service. Because of them my wife has seen hell 2 days. Except mid wives service & response, nothing is good. Even they can not provide wheel chair when emergency. You should wait minimum one hour for the following even you are emergency:
1) wheel chair
2) stretcher
3) tea / coffee / tiffin
4) nurses are worst. They even don’t revert back when you ask for some thing like doctor visit in emergency, water, wheel chair, food etc
5) when you press aaya comes in seconds & off the alarm. Again you need to wait for nurses.
6) you can compare fees. It is 2 or 3 times while comparing to other hospitals where you can get same service.
7) room allotment
Here one thing is they told me they will arrange room in 10 mins at 6:30 pm. After keep reminding them (4 times) they provided room at 9:30 pm. But charged from 6:30 pm only.
8) when my wife getting pains in peaks, I called them minimum 4 to 6 times but some body came and off the alarm and went but they don’t even listen to you. Finally I kept my room door opened, by hearing screeching of my wife they ran into the room and took wheel chair after half an hour where I requested for stretcher as my wife even can be able move her tummy.
9) if you order tea they will bring coffee after one hour.
10) They will tell you ready for medical tests like NST in mid night, after reminding multiple times, they will come when they want.
11) if you complaint to anybody, they will take personally and defend them first and next staff flaws. From security guard to manager all are same.
12) When you talk to the manager regarding any complaint, security guard, aaya, nurses etc will also disturbing in middle and defend them but manager can not stop them.
Really worst service, we ever had in our lives. Better to far away from this hospital. If I write all bad experiences with this hospital, you can expect a book.
Even the worst service, they can not take a single penny less. For natural delivery 1lakh 10 thousand and they will make it around 1, 50, 000. If it is c section 1 lakh 25 thousand and they will make it around 2 lakhs.
