Had horrible experience with Ferns N Petals.
This is not a trust able site for delivering Flowers/gifts for an event.
I had booked flower delivery for a friends wedding. Provided Address of the wedding hall.
The wedding was from Morning to lunch. Wedding was mentioned in the Occasion field and in Kerala Weddings are always in the morning.
Still The delivery guys calls up at lunch time, I instructed him to deliver it immediately since they wont be available post lunch. This guy Then gives no response, does not pick my call either and misses the delivery. It can be understood that it was intentional else he would have picked my call.
Ferns n petel takes no responsibility for this behavior and gives no refund. They claim that they attempted delivery but failed.
I would never Suggest this site. And would never use it again.
