I had a very bad experience with FNP. I had ordered for bouquet of mixed roses on my friends BDay. The bouquet that was delivered was very different than whats depicted on website. It was full of fillers and instead of roses, only buds were there.
Later I called their customer service department and explained the situation. The person asked me to drop mail which I did. I did wait for 10 days but there were no effort from customer service department to contact me.I didnt get any mail except for the automated reply. After 10 days, I again sent a mail and there was no response.
I believed it to be a customer oriented firm but it turns out not to be. I am not going to order from them again - because - If GIFTS on a special occasion turns OUT to be a flop show, it matters a lot.
